Area Development Agreement Fee
$40,000 (first franchise fee) and $20,000 per location to be developed (this $20,000 will be credited against the subsequent Franchise Fee due for each location).

Franchise Fee
$40,000 for each location

Royalty Fee
5% of net sales, payable weekly

Marketing Fund
Up to 3% payable weekly

Term Franchise Agreement
Initial 10 years

Renewal
Up to two (2) terms of five (5) years each (subject to terms and conditions of the agreement)

Site Selection & Building Plans
Franchisee is responsible for site selection (subject to review), prototypical building plans are provided for a fee by our designated architect for new construction

Initial Management Training
Provided at no additional cost (all costs related to employees time and expense is that of franchisee)

Opening Assistance
Supplemental management will be provided for a fee at pre-opening and during the opening period (as defined in agreement), additional trainers must be provided by franchisee at their expense

Ongoing Assistance
Franchise Operations Consultants visit all restaurants regularly; training, purchasing, and marketing departments continually develop programs for use and participation by franchisees
